Shipping and Delivery

Processing Time: Orders are processed and roasted on the same day they are received if the order is submitted by 1pm Mountain Standard time, Monday through Friday.  After 1pm, all orders will be filled in the morning of the next business day.

This is not a guarantee of on time shipping as on rare occasions during high volume periods we may need an extra day, however, your order will not be roasted until we are ready to ship it.

Shipping Carriers: We ship via FedEx using their Ground Rate.

Shipping Destinations: We currently only ship within the United States.

Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Orders & Delivery: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

We are not responsible for delays once the package is in the hands of the carrier, or for lost packages due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
