The Source
From the volcanic region of Kilimanjaro, to the hazy blue peaks of the Blue Mountains of Jamaica, our roasters look far and wide to gather the highest quality beans from around the world. We freshly roast our coffee, package it in heat-sealed valve bags, and immediately ship it to you. This is how we ensure that you receive your coffee in the freshest condition possible.
Shipping
Shipping is expensive as it is but in order to deliver the freshest coffee possible we use FedEx to get it to you fast. All orders placed by 1pm MST will be roasted and shipped the same day. Orders taken after will go out as soon as possible the next business day.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds as coffee is a food product and is sold "as is". If your coffee has been damaged during shipping (broken bags - which never happens) we'll send you a replacement asap.
Packaging
Why is there a tiny hole in my coffee bag?
That small hole or slit in your coffee bag is a one-way valve that allows the expansion of naturally occurring organic carbon dioxide to escape while blocking oxygen from entering. Since we bag your coffee immediately after roasting, we want to ensure maximum freshness... and prevent the bag from exploding during shipping!
