Refund Policy

Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns on coffee beans for any reason.  If you are not happy with your coffee we cannot provide you with a refund.  We used to do this and frankly, it was a very rare occurrence (like 1 in a gazillion) but we’ve tried to streamline our operations and that one added policy went out the door.  If you are not satisfied with your coffee choice, feel free to lambast it on a review… though we know you’ll love it!

 

Damaged Bags, Shipping Problems, Order not Received

Our goal is for you to love our coffee. If there is an issue with your order (e.g., it was damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item), please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the date when it should have arrived) so we can make it right. Click here to let us know.
